Agreement and eligibility

Happily is provided by Clevero AB. By creating or joining an event, uploading content, or buying an Event Pass, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires permission because of your age, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for your account, device credentials, and activity.

Events and host control

An event owner creates the event and may appoint cohosts. Hosts control the invite link, member roles, upload and review settings, content visibility, reports, bans, exports, and event deletion. Event links are intended for invited participants, but a recipient may forward one; hosts should rotate or restrict access if needed.

Guests can join without a full account by providing a display name. You must not impersonate someone or use another person’s account or event credentials.

Your content and permission to operate the service

You keep ownership of photos, videos, captions, messages, and other content you contribute. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including appropriate permission from people shown or recorded.

You give Clevero AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, resize, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Happily service for the event. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups or records we must lawfully retain.

Event participants may view and, where the service allows, download event content for personal use. They do not receive ownership or permission to use it unlawfully or outside the expectations of the event.

Community rules

Be considerate of the people and the event. Do not upload or send:

• Illegal content or content that exploits or endangers children.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, credible threats, or encouragement of self-harm or violence.
• Harassment, bullying, hateful conduct, stalking, impersonation, or disclosure of someone’s sensitive personal information.
• Content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Spam, scams, malware, attempts to bypass access controls, or activity that disrupts or overloads the service.

Reports and moderation

Use the in-app or web content menu to report a photo or video. Reports are sent to event hosts for review. Hosts can use approval mode, hide or delete content, dismiss reports, and ban members. Contributors can delete their own individual uploads while they retain access.

Clevero AB may investigate reports, preserve evidence where legally required, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts or events, and contact authorities when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Email urgent safety or rights concerns to support@usehappily.love with the event and content details, but do not send private access codes unless asked through a verified support exchange.

Event Pass and payments

An Event Pass is a one-time in-app purchase for one event, not a subscription and not transferable between events. The store shows the price and currency before purchase. The pass unlocks the features and hosting period described at checkout, subject to the stated fair-use storage limit.

Apple or Google processes payment, and their store terms govern billing and refund requests. Our purchase-management provider helps us confirm the entitlement. Deleting an event or account does not itself create a refund; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Happily available and content secure, but the service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Export anything you cannot afford to lose before the hosting period ends or before deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, Happily is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Clevero AB is not responsible for user content or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Ending use, changes, and law

You may stop using Happily at any time and use the available deletion controls. We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated breaches, safety risks, legal requirements, or service discontinuation, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms. Material changes will receive notice where required. Swedish law governs these terms, without taking away mandatory protections or forums available to consumers in their home country.
